As Client Experience Manager at Lenity Financial, I work behind the scenes to create meaningful, personal connections that make every client feel truly valued and cared for.
While Mark and Lisa focus on the strategic side of your comprehensive financial planning and investment management, I handle the special details that strengthen relationships and bring warmth to the client experience. This includes sending birthday cards, coordinating thoughtful gifts, planning offsite client experiences, and finding other ways to celebrate life’s milestones with our clients.
When Mark and Lisa founded Lenity Financial, they chose the name “Lenity” because it means kindness, gentleness, and compassion. I bring those same values to everything I do — ensuring that each personal touch is done with care and genuine attention so you always feel supported and appreciated.
I’m proud to be part of this intentionally small, client-focused firm. We believe in building deep, long-term relationships that go beyond numbers, and I love helping create those meaningful moments that make our clients feel like family.
